The Web is finally being transformed into what it should always been, a true Global Village. A place for communities, lots of communities, all the communities.
I don’t know any religion, football club, political party, association, brand or company that doesn’t recognize that Internet has already been a part of their every day lives. The problem today is that there aren’t many of them that can create the return expected.
And then the usual questions start to be commonly asked:
In the beginning: - I have a site and now what? Is it adequate to the needs of my visitors?
Few months later: - But…who’s visiting my site? who are they? Where do they come from? What do they like more in my site? What content do they seek and see? Do they come back again?
And when things just don’t run well: - Oh my god why don’t we have more visitors? Where are they? How can I reach them?
In the beginning E-MKT 2007 is a good start.
